What You'll Actually Do Convert and manage high-intent leads using systems that work. Run buyer and seller consultations backed by real market knowledge. Negotiate deals and guide your clients cleanly through to closing. Show up to weekly training and put proven frameworks into practice. Run your pipeline through our CRM and follow-up automation. And build a referral engine by taking care of your clients long after the deal closes. What You'll Need An active Colorado real estate license, or one currently in progress. A strong work ethic and a self-motivated mindset. Openness to coaching and performance accountability. Comfort with commission-based income and the upside that comes with it. Availability on evenings and weekends when your clients need you. The ability to make it to our Denver office weekly. And reliable transportation for showings.
