Thomas College seeks a highly organized and collaborative professional to lead implementation of a five-year U.S. Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program initiative focused on artificial intelligence curriculum transformation faculty development and applied-learning infrastructure.
This position is grant funded and subject to continued federal Title III funding.
Reporting to the Provost the Director will manage the projects day-to-day implementation coordinate Activity Directors and project personnel maintain the master work plan and budget monitor federal compliance oversee documentation and reporting coordinate evaluation activities and serve as the primary operational liaison with the U.S. Department of Education.
Candidate should have a bachelors degree and at least three years of relevant experience in higher education grant administration sponsored programs or complex project management. Federal grant experience and a masters degree are preferred.
