Current Edge Solutions delivers projects of the highest caliber facilitated by a team with proven experience and a trusted network of utility and electrical contracting resources. About the role:We are currently seeking a Principal Substation Design Engineer to lead the development of a high-performing team of engineers while growing and maintaining a portfolio of clients. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the company and the energy landscape. As the Principal Substation Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and execution of substation projects across the Southeast U.S. You will oversee the development of a team of junior engineers, providing mentorship and technical leadership to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's client base, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth within the region.
