Night Shift QC Position

Customer Support Administrator Must know Excel and good data entry, entering data in a ERP system. They currently use Oracle but getting Syncom. Responsibilities: Daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required for Customer Service and for organization. Data gathering, analysis and ability to present information. Maintain and update documentation. Maintain daily metrics Qualifications: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management skills. Strong mathematical and analytical acumen. Must be expert in Microsoft Office, Power Point and experience in ERP and managing order information. Fast paced environment: must be able to juggle multiple priorities and react quickly to business needs. Looking for someone that can take direction and work on their own.
