Hummus Republic

Hummus Republic in Surprise is looking for bright, energetic, dependable team members to join our fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant team.

We are searching for people who:

Enjoy talking with guests and creating a great customer experience
Are motivated, positive, and hardworking
Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
Are comfortable learning basic cooking and food prep
Take pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and reliability
Help drive sales through friendly guest interaction and menu knowledge

Position Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests
Build bowls, wraps, and salads with accuracy and speed
Explain menu items and recommend add-ons
Perform light cooking and food prep
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work as part of a team during busy meal periods

Self-motivated attitude
Positive energy and professionalism
Ability to stay organized under pressure
Basic kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Hummus Republic is a rapidly expanding fast-casual concept that originated in Southern California, and our location in Surprise are the first in Arizona. Our concept is similar to Chipotle and CAVA, serving fresh Mediterranean dishes like hummus, pita chips, pitas, wraps, and bowls. We need warm, friendly, and hardworking individuals who thrive in a busy environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.
