Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Salon Manager to join our team with the opportunity to turn into a full-time position after 6 months. This is a leadership role designed to oversee operations, booking flow, guest experience, business and team performance, and maintain the salon's hospitality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Booking & Flow Control
• • Take full ownership of appointment scheduling and client booking flow.
  • Monitor daily pace, room utilization, and service transitions.
  • Optimize bookings for efficiency, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Adjust schedules in real time to prevent delays, gaps, or operational bottlenecks.
• Guest Experience
• • Ensure every client interaction aligns with high-end salon standards.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns calmly, professionally, and with care.
  • Ensure that staff maintain a welcoming, serene, and polished environment.
• Team Leadership & Accountability
• • Direct daily team activities and enforce operational standards.
  • Mentor staff to foster professional growth and performance.
  • Ensure team readiness, accountability, and strong workplace discipline.
• Revenue, Performance & Inventory Oversight
• • Drive revenue initiatives, retail performance, and client rebooking.
  • Manage inventory, back-bar products, and salon equipment maintenance.
  • Perform regular audits to maintain presentation and product stock levels.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of management experience in a salon, spa, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage daily operations, service scheduling, and team dynamics simultaneously.
• Technical: Experience with salon booking systems and workflow management.
• Communication: Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience and room for negotiation)
