About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This pivotal role involves sitting at the center of the organization to drive and support all key initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting high-level priorities into detailed execution roadmaps, monitoring progress against company goals, and ensuring that leaders follow through on commitments. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will own company-wide reporting rhythms, align key teams around shared objectives, and support internal and external communications during significant events. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 7-12+ years' experience in a demanding, analytical role such as strategy, operations, or consulting. A background in finance-adjacent or investment-oriented environments is a plus. The role requires a clear and concise communicator with strong presentation skills and executive presence, who can work closely with the CEO to provide structured analysis and recommendations on critical business matters. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to craft high-quality presentations, memos, and communications for leadership audiences, and ensure that information flows effectively between executives and teams to keep everyone informed and aligned. Collaboration with functional leaders to anticipate obstacles and keep initiatives on track is a key aspect of the position.
