Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program. To provide metrology support and assistance to manufacturing and engineering Perform First Article inspections Perform capability studies Perform Gage R&R studies Perform basic CMM inspections as assigned and under guidance of QA Tech II or QE Perform basic calibration, gage set up and repair as assigned and under guidance of QA Tech II or QE. Preform and complete documentation for Final Audits Coordinate containment and tagging of Nonconforming product. Generate Nonconformance Reports Comply with all Work Instructions Comply with client’s Quality Management System Generate and release Certification of Compliance Review and supply inspection data using applicable software and or forms Participate in cross-functional teams as needed Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives. Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
