Job Description

Employment Solutions is hiring Machine/Manufacturing Operators for immediate temp-to-hire openings in Somers, CT.

Schedule & Pay

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $19/hr

What You'll Do

Operate injection molding machines and production equipment
Perform assembly, trimming, packaging, and quality inspections
Complete basic production paperwork
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all quality and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
