Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Nights

Position: Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Nights Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams. Coordinate and implement patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing. Tailor patient and family education to meet individual learning needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school. Current nursing license in Illinois. CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties Providing comprehensive patient care, education, and communication.
