Roles and responsibilities include leading restaurant operations, striving to be a top performer, supporting the general manager, demonstrating integrity, fully comprehending and performing every station in the restaurant, overseeing cash management, training and coaching employees, ensuring a fantastic guest experience, following food safety guidelines, supervising scheduled shifts, upholding restaurant standards, and completing facilities and food safety processes.

Requirements include being at least 18 years of age, meeting scheduling needs, strong food prep experience, ServSafe Certification preferred, previous training experience preferred, and minimum one year of restaurant experience.

Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, close, distance, and peripheral vision, frequently bending, stooping, and reaching, dexterity to handle kitchen equipment, working near open flames, working in fast-paced environments with hot and cold areas, working in tight spaces, and working and communicating effectively in high noise-level environments.
