Express Employment Professionals is hiring Material Handlers in the St. Louis Downtown area. This is a staffing placement - one application puts you in front of 250+ local companies we are actively staffing right now. If this role is not the right fit, we will find one that is.

What You'll Be Doing

Moving, organizing, and transporting materials throughout the facility by hand, pallet jack, or forklift
Loading and unloading trucks, containers, and storage areas
Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and OSHA compliant
Operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
Basic math and reading comprehension for documentation and labeling
Forklift certification is a plus but not required - we have opportunities for both
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and push/pull for the duration of your shift
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Background check and drug screen may be required depending on client
