Shift Lead Qualifications Some high school education Prefer some operations experience Food Safety: local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense ADA Statement Physical demands: lifting up to 50 lbs., standing up to four hours, reach across counter 36 inches. Work environment: hot and noisy kitchen, limited storage space, high shelves. Behavioral expectations: effective verbal communication, adaptability, conflict management.
