Commercial Escrow Assistant

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to support a high-volume, fast-paced escrow team handling large, complex real estate transactions. This role will work closely with escrow officers to assist in the preparation and closing of commercial, residential, and builder transactions. Responsibilities include opening orders, preparing and reviewing closing documents, collecting required items for closing, maintaining escrow files, and communicating with clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams. This position involves heavy administrative and technical work, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on complex deals, can operate independently, and is proactive in supporting the team to meet closing timelines.
