Inbound Sales Representative

PinProsPlus is looking for someone who is fast, competitive, friendly, outgoing, and knows how to get things done. This is a full-time, salaried position. Our customers come to us looking for custom pins and other custom products. Your job is to take that initial inquiry and turn it into a sale. What you'll do: Respond quickly to inbound quote requests Review customer specifications and create custom quotes Coordinate artwork with our design team, including initial drafts and revisions Answer customer questions and help them make decisions Follow up with customers and close sales Work with our production team on unique requests, pricing, and what’s possible Keep things moving from the initial inquiry through the order Who we're looking for: You type fast. Really fast. You can handle a busy inbox without getting overwhelmed. You think on your feet and are comfortable making decisions. You don't second-guess every little thing or create bottlenecks by waiting for someone else to tell you what to do. You're naturally friendly, outgoing, competitive, and persistent. You enjoy talking to people, you like winning, and you want to see your customers turn into orders. You don't need a perfect process laid out for every situation. If something is unclear, you figure it out, ask the right question when needed, and keep moving. Most importantly, you take ownership. When a quote comes into your inbox, you don't just answer the customer's question and move on. You're thinking about how to get that customer across the finish line.
