This position supports Fluor’s enterprise business systems transformation initiatives by leveraging Contract Management experience and enterprise systems knowledge to define, document, validate, and optimize business processes, data, system, and integration requirements. The role entails design, solution validation, deployment, and user adoption activities to help ensure enterprise solutions effectively meet business and operational needs. Work is performed in the home office.Basic Job RequirementsAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fourteen(14) years* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eighteen (18) years* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirementsAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, contractors, and other stakeholdersJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the jobAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective mannerOther Job RequirementsTranslate Contract Management business, functional, reporting, and compliance requirements into system design requirementsEvaluate proposed SAP configurations, workflows, reports, interfaces, and integrations to ensure alignment with Contract Management processes, practices, governance, and business objectivesParticipate in business process design workshops and future state operating model developmentIdentify process gaps, risks, data requirements, and enhancement opportunities affecting EPC subcontract management execution requirementsCross-functional collaboration with internal functions, external system integrators, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated business processesLead development of training materials, work instructions, and business process documentation as part of deployment and user adoption trainingOrganize and prioritize a variety of complex tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlinesMay need to travel to attend to business related mattersOther duties as assignedPreferred QualificationsExtensive understanding of the construction industry and subcontracting requirements associated engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM)Strong understanding of subcontracting principles, commercial strategy, risk management, administration, and compliance requirementsExperience working across functions to develop sound execution models and strategiesDemonstrated ability to bridge Contract Management business processes and technology solutions by translating business requirements into system functionality and validating technology solution fitDemonstrated experience designing, developing and deploying Contract Management system solutions or major enterprise system deploymentsExperience supporting SAP implementations or other large scale ERP transformationsExcellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross functional skillsBenefitsFluor is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote employee health, wellness, and financial security.
