A prestigious and well-established Ophthalmology practice in Chicago, IL is seeking an Ophthalmologist to join their dynamic team. With multiple locations and a strong reputation for excellence, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-volume, well-supported role with exceptional earning potential.
Position Highlights:- Competitive Base Salary : $200,000 negotiable based on expeirence + Bonus based on collections
- Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- High Patient Volume :
- Chicago location – ~30 patients/day
- Oak Lawn location – 35-40 patients/day (busiest location)
- Surgical Cases Available
- Multiple Office Locations
- Support Staff : 2-3 providers per site, plus full support staff (3-4 exam rooms per provider)
- EMR System : NextTech
- Full Benefits Package : Health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more
- Diverse Patient Base : Heavy Hispanic population (Spanish-speaking is a plus)
- Primarily Medicare Patients
- No New Grads – Experienced Physicians Preferred
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist
- Strong interest in surgical cases (preferred but not required)
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
