Job Description Occupational Health RN needed for 30 hours per week to support facility in Cincinnati, OH. ...'...Providesfirstaidandemergencycareforoccupationalandnonoccupationalinjuriesandillnessestoassociateswithmedicalemergencies.Providesinitialassessmentofoccupationalinjuries,illnessesandexposuresandmaytreatorreferforfurtherevaluationasnecessaryinaccordancewithclinicalguidelines,protocolsandlicense.Assistsassociatesinidentifyingtheneedforseekingoutsidemedicalassistanceandtomeetphysicalandemotionalneeds. Plans,evaluatesandimplementshealthpromotionandeducationprogramsforassociateswhilerecognizingtheneedforcosteffectiveness.Developsaplanofnursingcarebasedonidentifiedneedsandproblems,andassistswiththedevelopmentofprimary,secondaryandtertiarypreventionandhealthpromotionstrategiestooptimizehealthandpreventinjuriesandillnesses. Identifies,sourcesandidentifiesqualifiedmedicalprofessionalstodeliverhealtheducationsessions.Coordinatescheduling,sessiontopicsandlearningobjectivesalignedwithcompanyhealthpriorities.Collectsfeedbackandmeasureseffectivenessofhealtheducationinitiatives. Assistsinthedevelopmentandadministrationoftheannualbudgetwithknowledgeofassociateandfacilityneeds,toincludeequipmentandsupplies.Responsiblefororderingallsuppliesandequipmentneeded. Contributestothedesignofhealthcontrolsandsurveillancerelativetoactualandpotentialhazardousconditionsintheworkplace.Providesoccupationalhealthsurveillancetestingasneeded,coordinatesonsiteAED/CPRtraining.Conductsworkplaceevaluations/ergonomicsassessments....'
