Purchasing Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to manage the procurement of goods and services for our organization. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support operations. Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors. Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and budget guidelines. Qualifications: Previous purchasing or procurement experience preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software/ERP systems. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
