Experienced Dental Assistant / Clinical Lead
Dental Expressions – Bayside, NY

Dental Expressions is seeking a talented, compassionate, and experienced Dental Assistant to lead our clinical department.

This leadership role is ideal for a motivated dental professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

· Chairside dental assisting

· Leading and supporting the clinical team

· Ordering dental supplies and managing inventory

· Communicating with dental representatives

· Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures

· Working closely with the doctors and administrative team to ensure an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications:

· Previous dental assisting experience required

· Administrative experience in a dental office preferred

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Leadership ability with a positive, team-oriented attitude

· Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
