Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State SPED license and ESA certificate (verification required)
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Experience or eagerness to work with young adults (ages 18-22) in a transition setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to complete the BIE adjudication process as part of onboarding

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and transition support to students in a classroom setting
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ goals for independence and adult life
• Collaborate with staff and families to foster student success
• Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and maintain accurate records
