You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Act as a helping hand for all departments when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Able to work independently without micromanagement. Positive attitude, upbeat personality and mindset. Comfortable potentially moving into a sales role down the line. Must obtain licensing prior to official start date (licensing costs are covered by agency and candidates will receive a bonus once licenses are obtained). SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm (flexible on exact hours) Ideally this role would eventually turn into full-time Compensation: $20.00 per hour My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
