Nursing Home facilities in Dayton, OH is now hiring:

Now Hiring:  Traveling Landscaper

• We are looking for an energetic landscaper to keep our facility grounds functionally and aesthetically sound. The candidate must know how to mow lawns, upkeep facility grounds, etc. Must be willing to travel to neighboring facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining site landscaping.
• Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation.
• Trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds.
• Utilizing insecticides, fertilizers, and chemical sprays to treat diseases.
• Keeping grounds free from trash, litter, and debris, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Removing snow by using a shovel or snow blower.

Qualifications of Traveling Landscaper:  

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Groundskeeping or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in using manual and power tools safely.
• Free from allergies that interfere with Groundskeeper duties.
• Ability to follow instructions.
