As a Training & Development Leader, you will shape how capability is built across the factory by designing, deploying, and managing training systems that strengthen engagement, skill development, and organizational performance.Working closely with factory leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support teams, this role ensures training solutions are aligned with company standards and best practices while responding to real business needs. You will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement—using adult learning methodologies, coaching techniques, and lean principles to create impactful learning experiences.This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting strategy to execution, influencing across teams, and translating learning into measurable results.
