Job Overview

• Role: Manufacturing / Blending Operator (Pharmaceutical background preferred)

• Location / Schedule: Davie, FL Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm EST (includes two 30-minute lunch breaks). Overtime may be required.

• Compensation: $23.00/hr 

• Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension or temp-to-perm conversion based on performance and openings.

Core Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Preferred 1+ years in manufacturing, specifically with material blending and granulations. Must show job stability (at least 1 year in each of the last 2 positions).

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Skills: Basic math, strong English literacy (reading, writing, speaking), and ability to learn quickly. Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations is highly desired.

• Physical Capabilities: Must be comfortable climbing ladders up to 15 feet (2–3 times a week) and moving 75-pound pallets using lifters (frequent lifting minimum is 35 lbs).

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Set up, operate, and monitor processing equipment for batch production; perform minor troubleshooting.

• Documentation: Maintain, review, and reconcile batch records, equipment logbooks, and labels to ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines.

• Quality Control: Monitor product quality, conduct in-process testing, and check mathematical calculations.

• Maintenance: Clean and maintain processing rooms and equipment; hand off updates effectively between shifts.
