Registered Nurse - Cardiac Night Shift, 13 Weeks ContractThis is a night shift position, working 36 hours per week on a 3x12 hour schedule (18:45 - 07:15).Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our cardiac unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience on a cardiac floor, providing care for patients with various cardiac conditions.ResponsibilitiesProvide cardiac telemetry monitoring and nursing care for patients in a stepdown unit.Manage cardiac drips and perform sheath removals as necessary.Conduct assessments, intervene for dysrhythmias, and manage post-myocardial infarction and pre/post cardiac catheterization patients.Work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team to facilitate optimal patient care.Participate in orientation and staff development activities.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum 2 years of experience on a cardiac floor required.BLS and ACLS certifications are required.NIHSS certification preferred.Experience with arterial line management and charge nurse responsibilities is a plus.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
