Gilder Search Group seeks a detail-oriented Post-Sale Customer Experience Representative to bridge our sales team and customers. You will handle administrative wrap-up duties, process payments, coordinate financing, schedule white-glove deliveries and pickups, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years in administrative support or customer service, an associate degree, strong Excel skills, and excellent handwriting and communication.
