Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice in Springfield, Illinois. Our practice is equipped with six operatories and supported by a dedicated clinical team, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive bread-and-butter dentistry and has an interest in expanding their clinical skills, particularly in sedation dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Perform restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and communication
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Minimum Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR certification

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Dentists with less experience who demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning are encouraged to apply
• Interest in sedation dentistry is highly desirable
