Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Bilingual School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year in La Grange, IL! Position Details Start Date: August 2026 Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (entire 26-27 School Year) Location: In-person, La Grange School District 102, Elementary School Service Areas: Student evaluations, IEP reporting, documentation, and collaboration Your Key Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations Prepare reports and participate in IEP meetings Provide progress monitoring Attend staff meetings Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation What We’re Looking For Must be Bilingual / Fluent in Spanish Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois with School Psychologist endorsement State licensure or eligibility to obtain one before start NASP certification is a plus Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)* 401(k) with employer match* Reimbursement for licensing, CEUs, and professional development Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate W2 employee status General and professional liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time and donation matching* *Waiting period applies Why Work With Us Ampersand Therapy empowers you to thrive as a school-based professional.
