Job Title General Manager – Restaurant Responsibilities As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant delivers top meats.
