The focus is to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and timely acquisition of goods and services necessary for the organization's operations, while driving cost savings. Operations experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop long-term strategies that align procurement decisions with business goals.Problem-Solving: The capability to proactively identify problems in the supply chain or procurement process and develop effective solutions.Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in all aspects of procurement, from contract terms to supplier performance.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to Multitask and Adapt Priorities QuicklyCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Advanced Planning & Analytical CapabilityTime Management: Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.Customer-Focused Approach: A commitment to understanding the needs of internal stakeholders and ensuring procurement strategies meet those needs.Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
