If you are passionate about food and beverage, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service and hospitality, we want to hear from you!JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing a quality breakfast bar, including set-up, serving, maintenance, teardown, and clean-up.Essential Job Functions:Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout the hotel breakfast hoursEnsure food quality and quantity are correctMaintain a neat and orderly kitchen: wash, dry, and put away all dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, clean countertops, empty trash, clean cupboards, drawers, and clean refrigerator and freezerRotate foodMaintain proper levels of inventoryDaily teardown of breakfast barPromote and ensure guest satisfactionWelcome each guest with a smile and greetingMust follow all Quality Assurance and Health Department standardsOther Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
