As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers Take food and drink orders accurately and relay to kitchen staff Ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner Answer customer questions about menu items and specials Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Team player mentality 18 or older Must have or be willing to acquire and maintain an active I-PACT certification If you are a motivated team player with a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
