Shift Manager

Compensation You will be paid $18.00 per hour plus tips and a bonus. Job Responsibilities Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties carried out by crew members and shift leaders with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, such as product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
