Sales & Customer Service Representative
Our Waterloo, Iowa client has an opportunity for a Sales & Customer Service Representative in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. This position is a direct hire for a well-established, professional business.
Duties include:
- Sales and customer service that promotes exceptional customer service, honesty, and sensitivity;
- Building relationships from new leads and referrals;
- Managing account services, quality checks and follow-ups;
- Preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts;
- Participating in marketing events, seminars and trade shows;
- Hours will be somewhat flexible and comp time will be awarded for any weekend duty.
