The Treasury Management Specialist supports the daily administration and service delivery of the Bank's treasury management products and services, including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay, online banking, and related digital banking platforms. This position performs routine operational, documentation, customer service, implementation, and maintenance tasks in accordance with established Bank policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.This position works under the direction of the Treasury Management Officer(s) and AVP, Treasury Management Operations, and follows established procedures when completing client setups, maintaining customer files, assisting with implementation activities, preparing documentation, monitoring reports, and responding to customer or internal inquiries. The role may identify issues, gather information, and recommend escalation when appropriate; however, final decisions involving risk acceptance, transaction limits outside of approved authority, exception approval, policy interpretation, pricing, or matters of significance are made by management or other authorized personnel.Education and/or ExperienceAssociate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent banking or treasury management experience may be considered.Two or more years of experience in financial services preferred in the areas of customer service support, deposit operations, or a related banking function.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Working knowledge of general banking products, deposit operations, banking procedures, internal controls, and customer service standards.Strong written, verbal, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal partners, and management.Ability to follow established procedures, accurately complete documentation, use banking systems and technology platforms, and escalate exceptions or questions to appropriate personnel.AuthorityThis position has no direct supervisory responsibility and does not have authority to make decisions involving discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance. Work is performed under established policies, procedures, and management direction. Any exceptions, approvals, risk-based decisions, pricing decisions, transaction limit decisions outside of approved authority, or policy interpretation matters are escalated to the Treasury Management Officer(s) or other authorized personnel.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily treasury management operational activities including ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and online banking administration in accordance with established procedures.Follow established internal controls and procedures designed to support compliance with applicable requirements including NACHA, BSA/AML, and OFAC.Assist with client setup, service configuration, documentation collection, and operational maintenance based on approved instructions and established Bank standards.Maintain accurate and complete treasury management documentation, customer files, agreements, and records to support audit readiness and internal control requirements.Support customer onboarding, contract administration, file maintenance, product usage tracking, and system maintenance activities as assigned.Serve as a support resource for Treasury Management by gathering information, preparing documentation, completing routine maintenance, and escalating questions or exceptions to management.Respond to routine customer and internal inquiries regarding treasury management services, researching issues and referring non-routine, complex, or exception matters to appropriate personnel.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, documentation, or customer service and communicate observations to the Treasury Management Officer or management for review.Assist with tracking client usage and service activity and refer potential client needs or service questions to the Treasury Management Officer or other authorized personnel.Assist with periodic client reviews by gathering documentation, reports, activity information, and other materials requested by management.Prepare ACH, RDC, and wire limit information for review and approval by authorized personnel; this position does not approve limits or exceptions.Review assigned operational reports for completeness, accuracy, trends, or exceptions and escalate items requiring follow-up, approval, or management review.Assist with implementation coordination and client training for treasury management services using approved materials, procedures, and instructions.Provide routine support to bank personnel regarding treasury management products, procedures, documentation requirements, and system navigation.Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory examinations by gathering requested documentation and information for management review.Assist with responses to client inquiries and requests for information by gathering product, service, and documentation details for review by appropriate personnel.Perform routine daily tasks, prepare correspondence, maintain records, and participate in assigned department projects under management direction.Other duties may be assigned
