Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Onsite | Every 3rd Weekend Required (Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in the Operating Room across a variety of surgical services
• Float between multiple affiliated facilities and among services within the main OR as needed
• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care for complex cases including cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomies, and spinal procedures
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Adhere to Level I Trauma center standards and protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Experience with cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomy, and spinal cases required
• Level I Trauma experience and Level I Trauma certification required
• Ability to both scrub and circulate required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic fracture cases
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
