Senior UX Designer, Talent Acquisition Tech

Amazon's Talent Solutions Product Design & Research team is looking for a Senior UX Designer who thrives in ambiguity, can operate with limited guidance, and brings deep craft expertise to solve complex design problems across our hiring product portfolio. You will work across the Recruiter Hub, Hiring Hub, and Candidate Hub, delivering end-to-end design solutions for complex workflows that impact recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates globally. You will partner closely with product management, engineering, and research to deliver human-centered experiences that simplify hiring at scale.Key job responsibilities Deliver end-to-end design solutions for complex hiring workflows across multiple products, from research and strategy through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Influence product roadmaps by identifying design opportunities, synthesizing user research, and advocating for customer needs with product and engineering partners. Define and refine design standards including interaction patterns, methods, and processes; drive adoption across teams. Synthesize conflicting data from qualitative and quantitative research to inform customer experience and business decisions. Partner with engineering to ensure design feasibility, accounting for system limitations, scaling factors, edge cases, and architectural decisions. Lead design collaboration across diverse groups including product, engineering, and research; drive alignment on complex, cross-team initiatives. Design AI-informed experiences that leverage intelligent, data-driven interfaces to improve hiring decisions. Mentor and coach designers within the organization; contribute to professional development and participate in technical promotion assessments. Present and critique work in org-level reviews, ensuring prioritized focus and outcomes; communicate decisions clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
