Guardian Angel Senior Services – Pittsfield, MA
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our growing team in Pittsfield, MA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by coordinating schedules for caregivers and maintaining strong communication with clients, families, and staff.

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments for home care clients
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
• Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage requests
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
• Assist with staffing needs and ensure continuity of care
• Provide excellent customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Previous scheduling, staffing, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
• Home care or healthcare experience is a plus
