Digital Banking Support Specialist
Unity Bank
Unity Bank is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide first-level support via our Helpdesk by handling inbound calls about consumer online and mobile banking, debit card inquiries, and basic account servicing. You will educate customers on self-service options and document issues for follow-up and escalation as needed.
