Body Shop Manager

Cox Automotive is seeking a Body Shop Manager to lead daily operations for a high-volume collision repair center serving our automotive and media-focused clients. You will oversee repair quality, production flow, estimating, and parts coordination while ensuring safety and compliance standards. Partner with sales, remarketing, and technology teams to optimize turnaround time and customer satisfaction. Manage and coach a team of technicians, implement lean processes, track KPIs, and control costs. Ideal candidates bring strong collision center leadership experience and a passion for process improvement and team development.
