Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage case details from intake through trial, ensuring seamless communication and organization. • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials, contributing to successful case outcomes. • Draft, review, and file discovery, pleadings, and other legal documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with court requirements. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide valuable insights to the legal team. • Maintain and update case files, ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible for team members. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries to foster trust and transparency. • Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to develop case strategies and identify potential challenges early on. Qualifications: • Experience in civil litigation, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology. • Ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents with precision and attention to detail. • Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies. • Strong organizational skills to manage case files and ensure all documents are easily accessible. • Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts, maintaining open lines of communication. • Proficiency in using case management systems to maintain accurate records and track deadlines. • Ability to prepare and organize exhibits and evidence for court presentations, ensuring readiness for proceedings. • Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 Base Plus Bonus
