Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience working in schools or educational settings preferred
• Strong familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and data-driven interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to train and coach staff and families
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized interventions to support students’ behavioral and academic success
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based strategies
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families to address behavioral challenges and promote positive change
• Monitor progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and make adjustments to interventions as needed
• Deliver staff training on ABA strategies, student management, and program fidelity
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and professional standards
