We're searching for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do: Greet and assist customers with everyday banking needs- whether it's deposits, withdrawals, or check cashing. Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering the right banking solutions. Accurately process transactions and balance your cash drawer. Help with additional tasks like issuing cashier's checks, processing night deposits, and handling coin rolls. Help with debit cards, safe deposit boxes, and more. Work with your team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times. Who You Are: You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some experience in customer service or cash handling (preferred but not required). Prior teller experience of 1+ years is preferred, especially if you're looking to take the next step toward future leadership opportunities as a Lead Teller role. You're a natural multitasker, able to handle several tasks while keeping a smile on your face. You have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers and coworkers. You are detail-oriented, organized, and can balance your drawer with ease. You're flexible and able to work at different locations or on Saturdays when needed.
