About the Role:
Join Carriage House Operator LLC as a Dayshift/Nightshift Caregiver (Med Tech)/Assistant Caregiver in Snowflake, AZ! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor resident health under the supervision of manager.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Collaborate with manager and other staff to develop personalized care plans.
• Ensure a clean and safe living environment for residents.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.

Requirements:

• Certification in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must pass background checks.
• CPR certification is required; First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
