About the Role:

V2 Capital Shelton LLC Hotel Group is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Agent to be the face of our Hampton by Hilton Shelton, CT. This is your opportunity to create memorable guest experiences from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression

Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems (PMS)

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner

Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate billing records

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs

Provide local area recommendations and concierge-style assistance to guests

Requirements:

Prior experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent required

Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
