Job Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Process outbound orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Load and unload trucks manually or with material handling equipment. Accurately move inventory between warehouse locations. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned. Label, sort, and stage products for distribution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with special projects and other warehouse duties as needed. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures. Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math and counting skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
