This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing HR team supporting a fast-paced, dynamic business while gaining exposure to world-class recruiting operations.Job DescriptionServe as the primary point of contact for employee and HR-related inquiries, providing timely support and resolving day-to-day HR operations requests.Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS by performing regular audits and resolving data discrepancies.Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring all pre-employment requirements and cross-functional processes are completed before new hire start dates.Manage employment screening and compliance processes, partnering with internal stakeholders to address issues and ensure a smooth hiring experience.Support new hire orientation and employee programs while maintaining HR documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvements.Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Compliance, and other business teams to streamline HR operations, improve workflows, and support ongoing projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
