Day to Day Tasks and Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Perform accounts payable functions, including preparing checks and making online payments.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Review documents to verify, record, and process transactions and note discrepancies.
• Ensure charges are accurate and that payments are made in a timely manner.
• Invoice clients and maintain records of transactions.
• Process deposits and client payments.
• Manage collection processes.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and special payrolls as needed.
• Review timekeeping software records to ensure accuracy and approvals are obtained.
• Assist with tax payments and Payroll Reporting as needed.

What makes you a good fit?

• A background in clean energy technologies, construction or solar would be beneficial.
• Competency in the use of Trimble ERP, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service are a MUST!
• Must be very organized, self-motivated, and able to meet aggressive timelines.
• A 2-year or 4-year degree and/or practical experience is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
