Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a CVOR RN
• Proficiency in all aspects of preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative cardiovascular care
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and outcomes
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage patient preparation, monitoring, and recovery within the CVOR
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all procedures and care provided
